Byron Gutshall
I am Byron Gutshall and reside in Waukee, Iowa with my wife Amanda and daughter Kayla. I am an independent Channel seed dealer along with being an agent for Risk Associates.
I received an Associate of Applied Science degree from Des Moines Area Community College in their Ag Business program, then obtained my Bachelors degree from Northwest Missouri State University. Previous to becoming self employed my career began at two different co-ops spanning 20 years, starting out operating sprayers before moving into office role and Agronomy Sales. I believe in being as helpful to my clients as I can while looking for ways to help improve their production and profit. When not doing the day to day tasks I enjoy spending time with family and friends along with finding things to do in the great outdoors and supporting the Iowa Hawkeyes.

My name is Wes Bierl, and I’m from the small town of Arcadia in west-central Iowa, where I was born and raised in a farming community. Agriculture has been a central part of my life, and I’ve been involved in farming for as long as I can remember.
I’m married to Alicia, and together we have two children, Kyler and Charliee. Additionally, I have three stepchildren who are now grown and independent. Family is a core part of my life and my work.
I own and operate a Channel Seed business, offering high-quality seed, crop protection products, and crop insurance to help farmers succeed. With years of experience in both farming and agricultural business, I’m dedicated to supporting local growers and helping them achieve their goals.

Whitney Tilley
Whitney’s family operates a Cow/Calf operation in South East Tennessee, proudly maintaining a commercial herd of Angus and Hereford cattle. As a true family farm, they have seen the 4th generation emerge, establishing their own herd and working alongside us daily.
Dedicated to preserving and promoting agriculture, they actively serve on various agriculture committees at both the county and state levels. Their livelihood depends on agriculture, motivating us to engage in all aspects of local, state, and national affairs, ensuring farmers and ranchers have a voice.
Their family is immensely grateful to God for granting them the opportunity to raise and care for our cattle and be responsible stewards of our land. Working together as a family brings them great joy, allowing them to pass on their love for agriculture to the next generation, a blessing they cherish deeply.
